Andrew Horton
Founder & CEO
Andrew founded Kitsap WiFi and leads the company’s overall vision, partnerships, and customer relationships. He works closely with businesses across Kitsap County to design connectivity and technology solutions that support their operations.
Andrew also works directly with the team on major projects and oversees the continued development of the company’s network infrastructure.
Mitch Johnson
President
Mitch oversees the technical side of Kitsap WiFi and helps lead network deployments and infrastructure projects. He works closely with Andrew to plan and execute installations for business and residential customers.
Mitch is involved in everything from fiber and network infrastructure to WiFi deployments, helping ensure projects are completed reliably and to the company’s standards.
Ryan Sylvester
Network Engineer
Ryan brings over a decade of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale networks for thousands of customers. At Kitsap WiFi, he works closely with Andrew to architect and deploy high-performance fiber and wireless systems that can handle today’s demands and tomorrow’s growth.
Ryan also meets with business and enterprise clients to plan custom network solutions, ensuring each build delivers speed, reliability, and scalability.
Kevin Van Vliet
Operations Manager
Kevin manages day-to-day operations and coordinates installations and field work. He works with the team to organize projects, equipment, and schedules to keep deployments running smoothly.
Kevin is also involved in hands-on installations, including WiFi systems, network infrastructure, and technology deployments for both homes and businesses.
